By using The Mobile Garage, you agree to these basic rules that keep our community running smoothly.
1. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to) pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel a prepaid order, a full refund is issued immediately.
2. Product Accuracy
We try our best to make the colors in our photos match the real product. However, depending on your screen brightness and settings, slight color variations may occur.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Mobile Garage is not responsible for any damage caused to your device due to improper installation of accessories (like tempered glass or skins) by the user.
4. Intellectual Property
If you use our "Custom Studio," you confirm that you own the rights to the images you upload. We are not liable for copyright issues regarding user-uploaded designs.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
