We want you to love what you bought. However, since mobile accessories (like tempered glass and custom skins) are fragile and one-time-use items, we have a few ground rules to keep things fair.
Damaged on Arrival?
If your product arrives cracked or broken, we will replace it for FREE.
To help us fight courier fraud, please record a short unboxing video when you first open your package. This is your insurance and ours!
7-Day Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any defects or wrong items received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund directly to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom Studio Orders
Since these are printed specifically with your design, we cannot accept returns unless the product itself is defective.
Used Items
If the adhesive film has been removed from a tempered glass or skin, it cannot be returned.
