1. Ordering & COD
Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) not available for my Pincode?
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we work with premium courier partners. Currently, COD is only enabled for specific "High-Serviceability" zones determined by our logistics providers. If your area is currently showing "Prepaid Only," don’t worry! It just means we’ll prioritize your order for immediate dispatch via our fastest shipping lane.
Is it safe to pay online at The Mobile Garage?
100% safe. We use Razorpay, India's most trusted payment gateway. We never see or store your card/UPI details. Your transaction is protected by the same encryption used by top banks.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Since we move fast to get your gear to you, you can only change your order within 2 hours of placing it. Just WhatsApp us at +91 79839 89492 with your Order ID.
2. Products & Quality
Will the mobile skin leave any sticky residue on my phone?
Not at all. We use high-quality 3M-grade materials for our skins. They are designed to stay on firmly but peel off cleanly without leaving a single mark on your device.
How 'tough' is your tempered glass?
All our glass is 9H Hardness rated. It’s designed to take the impact so your expensive screen doesn't have to.
My phone model isn't listed in the menu. What should I do?
Don't worry! We support over 500+ models, including older and rare ones. Just click the "WhatsApp us" button, tell us your model name, and we will send you the available designs instantly.
3. Custom Studio (Design Your Own)
What kind of photo should I upload for a custom cover?
For the best results, use a high-resolution image. Avoid photos where the main subject (like a face) is right where the camera hole will be! Our designers manually check every custom order and will contact you if the photo looks blurry.
Will the print on my custom cover fade away?
No. We use High-Definition UV Printing technology. The ink is cured into the material, making it resistant to scratches, water, and daily wear and tear.
4. Shipping & Returns
How long will it take to reach Haridwar or nearby cities?
Since our "Garage" is based in Haridwar, locals usually get their orders within 24-48 hours. For the rest of India, it typically takes 3-5 business days.
What if I receive a broken item?
While we pack everything in shock-proof boxes, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, just send us your unboxing video within 24 hours, and we will ship a replacement for free. No questions asked.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS. You can also track it directly on our Track Order page using your phone number.
